About this qualification
This qualification reflects the role of individuals who apply knowledge, practical skills and experience in leadership and management across a range of enterprise and industry contexts.
The range and format of all assessment methods and resources/tools to be used are designed to meet the Assessment Requirements identified within the Unit of Competencies.
We have/will implement the following assessments:
Performance Evidence–Assessments include the opportunity for the student to provide evidence of their ability to
perform the tasks outlined in elements and performance criteria of the units to manage tasks and contingencies
in the context of the job role. Evidence will be collected as follows:
Third party report of on the job performance
Portfolio of relevant documents created on the job
Role play and case study scenarios
Digital recordings (video/audio) of actual or simulated work scenarios
Knowledge Evidence–Assessments include written questioning and projects to collect evidence that the student can demonstrate essential knowledge required to effectively complete tasks outlined in elements and performance criteria of the units to manage tasks and manage contingencies in the context of the work role. This includes knowledge of:
Scenario and case study questions
A project or written task
Short answer questions
Delivery & Duration
Online learning program, as a guide:
e-learning training: 12 modules of 24 -48 hours = Total 288-576 hours
On the job/research: 8 -16 hours per week for 40 weeks = 320 -640 hours
Self-directed: 8 hours per week for 40 weeks = Total of 320 hours

Or any other management role.

There are no entry requirements for this qualification. Applicant will be required to successfully complete an ACSF language, literacy and numeracy (LLN) assessment.
